About The Position

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. This dynamic role combines hands-on warehouse operations with the opportunity to mentor and support program beneficiaries in their work therapy development. You'll help maintain an organized warehouse while making a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Requirements

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment as trained
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to process various types of donations including: Clothing and accessories, Household items, Electronics, Furniture and antiques, Jewelry and collectibles
• Ability to assist donors with donation drop-offs
• Ability to complete donation receipts accurately
• Ability to collect and track donor information
• Ability to load, unload, and move products to correct departments
• Ability to price merchandise according to guidelines
• Ability to track production numbers and complete reports
• Ability to maintain organized work areas and clean environment

Responsibilities
