About The Position

As a warehouse employee, you’ll accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery - playing a key role in keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer demand. Ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, physical work. This role involves working within a warehouse environment where temperatures can range from -20'F in Frozen to 105'F in Grocery. The company emphasizes employee health and safety, providing comprehensive safety training and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) or cold weather gear at no cost.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work in warehouse environments with temperatures ranging from -20'F to 105'F.
Ability to lift 20-25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.

Responsibilities

Accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery.
Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery.
Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect).
Effectively communicate with management and the team.
Work within our warehouse environment where temperatures range from -20'F in Frozen, to 105'F in Grocery.
Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.
