About The Position

The Grimsby Parts Distribution Center is currently looking for part-time employees to work flexible hours. John Deere’s ideal candidate is a student who is available to work in the evenings and is motivated to contribute to our high-quality, fast-paced team. In this role you will be primarily responsible for picking and packing parts for daily stock orders and emergency shipments, and sorting and receiving inbound parts in all warehouse zones. Other related duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Canada
• Available to work in the evenings
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and lift on a regular basis
• Must be 18 years of age for consent for Criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of warehouse parts systems and shipping processes
• Experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Forklift experience is an asset

Responsibilities
