About The Position

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Sapulpa, OK earning $17.86 per hour. In this hands-on warehouse role, you will unload deliveries, organize inventory, review incoming products, and prepare materials for distribution based on delivery routes. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that may vary based on operational needs. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying start and end times based on business needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
  • Basic reading, writing, communication, and math skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
  • Experience unloading trucks and organizing inventory.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Unload incoming shipments and verify products received against delivery documentation.
  • Sort, organize, and stage products according to delivery routes and operational needs.
  • Review inventory levels and assist with routine inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Receive, inspect, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Follow inventory control procedures, including FIFO (First In, First Out) practices when applicable.
  • Pick and prepare products, materials, and supplies for distribution and transportation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment after training.
  • Load and unload products safely while maintaining production and accuracy standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, loading dock, and storage areas.
  • Complete inventory records, receiving logs, inspection reports, and other warehouse documentation.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and PPE guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, vendors, and customers to support daily operations.
