Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, distribution, or related experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, work orders, and inventory records.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming shipments in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring order accuracy.
  • Move materials, products, and inventory throughout the warehouse using manual and powered equipment.
  • Load and unload palletized and non-palletized materials from trucks and trailers.
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory on racks, shelves, or designated storage areas according to established procedures.
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and shipped.
  • Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse management systems and handheld devices.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Inspect products and materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling devices, following all safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
