Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. This role operates on a flexible schedule based on business volume. Flex workers are mainly used to support high-volume days, planned PTO coverage and high call-off periods. Available shifts may vary by location and week. Candidate will be required to work one mandatory shift per week that is scheduled in advance by the business ( SUNDAY: 7:30pm - until work is complete usually 4am). Any additional shifts may be selected by candidate. Create a schedule that works for you by selecting available shifts throughout the week. Days and hours per week are flexible based on your availability and business needs but will not exceed 29 hours per average on an ongoing basis. Once a shift is accepted, candidates are expected to work the full scheduled shift and adhere to standard attendance expectations. Accepted shifts are worked until operational work is complete and may extend beyond the estimated end time. New hires may require completion of a 1–3 day onboarding ramp during the first week or first pay period.
