About The Position

Taylor Warehousing & Distribution is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility. This role involves assembling products, components, or materials into predefined kits based on Kitting work orders (KQWs). The position requires verifying correct parts, quantities, and specifications, following standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities also include inspecting components for defects, labeling, packaging, and preparing completed kits, accurately recording inventory movements, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments
Familiar with basic computer operations
Basic Math and Reading Skills
Ability to work as a team member and independently
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Responsibilities
