About The Position

Charger Water Treatment Products is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in our Pottstown facility. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and assembling water treatment products for shipment. Your efforts will help ensure customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition, contributing to our mission of delivering clean, healthy water.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with flexibility for overtime.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
