About The Position

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products and materials throughout the facility. This role involves working closely with the Distribution team and external transportation partners to deliver top-quality products to our customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Understanding of manufacturing safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout (required).
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including exposure to temperature extremes, noise, and industrial materials.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Team lifting and crane assistance are required for loads over 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Laser Guided Vehicles (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks to handle paper products and materials.
  • Unload materials from incoming vehicles and distribute them to designated locations.
  • Assist with broke rolls and bale trailers.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety.
  • Offload raw materials and supply converting lines.
  • Communicate with converting lines and warehouse teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Reset Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs) as needed.
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the facility and property.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and address discrepancies with leadership.
  • Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures, and ensure compliance with PPE standards.
  • Keep the facility clean and organized, adhering to housekeeping responsibilities and environmental standards.
  • Properly handle and store non-hazardous chemicals, following emergency procedures when necessary.
