About The Position

This entry-level role at Tommy Car Wash Systems Warehouse in Holland, MI, involves picking, packing, and shipping daily and equipment orders. A key focus will be on quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include picking, packing, quality control, shipping of product, loading trucks, and general warehouse assignments.

Requirements

• Neat, clean and organized
• Attention to detail, accuracy and a great attitude must be brought to work each day
• Comfortable with technology - ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (calculator, copier, printer, etc.)
• Physically able to load and unload full trucks with intensity - able to stand and move quickly for 8-10 hours each day, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and lift test

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Picking finished product/parts from bin locations as indicated on the tunnel / picking ticket or sales orders
• Measuring box for dimensions and weights
• Setting fulfillment team up for success with proper documentation and photos
• Shipping: UPS small packages, LTL freight, Full truckload, some international
• Assist with warehouse activities as assigned
• Operating sit-down and stand-up hi-los
• Complete general housekeeping and production duties as assigned
• Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice
