About The Position

The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Warehouse Worker in one of our Distribution Centers, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by managing processed and donated goods, stocking and maintain inventory, and receiving customer donations, all of which contribute to sending quality goods to our stores for sale; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work with little supervision
• Have a valid Idaho driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to be forklift certified

Responsibilities

• Manage processed and donated goods
• Stock and maintain inventory
• Receive customer donations
• Unload donated goods
• Write receipts
• Hand out company literature
• Thank donors
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Keep product properly staged/stored
