The position of Warehouse Worker will pick, pack and ship customer orders to provide a high level of Customer Service.

Requirements

Good English communication skills both written & verbal
Effective multi-task ability in a high volume, dynamic work environment
Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills required
Maintain a good and positive attitude and work well with others
Friendly, solution-oriented personality who is customer focused
Completion of high school or equivalent
Ability to drive forklift
Computer skills with standard office applications and the ability to quickly learn new software
Required to wear PPE as needed
This job is classified as “Safety Sensitive”

Nice To Haves

Some customer service experience preferred
Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred

Responsibilities

Pick and double check orders to ensure correct parts and quantities are shipped to customers
Label parts/kits as required for customer orders
Product packaging and assembly as required
Pack orders (box, crate or pallet) so that they arrive un-damaged to the customer
Generate delivery notes in IFS Applications (deliver orders / Shipments - basic data entry)
Process shipments through TIS, FedEx Ship Manager & UPS Worldship
Prepare waybills & bills of lading online
Load & Unload trucks
Safely operate a forklift, ladders, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
Check-in & put away incoming shipments. Verify actual quantity received with quantity on packing list
Support other departments with shipping and order related questions or tasks
Be available for annual inventory counts
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Be safety aware, follow all safety guidelines and wear all required PPE
Other warehouse, shipping & logistics activities as required
