About The Position

CHS Inc. has an exciting opportunity at our Madison, SD & Pipestone, MN Agronomy location! We are looking for a Warehouse Worker / Truck Driver to join our team. In this role you will be managing product inventory, delivering products, loading/unloading trucks, and moving product around the warehouse. The role is primarily based in Pipestone, MN, with periodic work at the Madison, SD location. This is a M-F day shift, hours and days may vary during our busy time in the spring.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
• Must meet minimum age requirement
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
• Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
• Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
• Valid Class A CDL preferred
• Agriculture background preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain strong safety culture.
• Perform other assigned duties
