About The Position
This role is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of pet supplies to be shipped to Petco stores and for receiving warehouse stock goods. The job involves routine tasks performed multiple times daily, adhering to Petco's Labor Management System productivity standards. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug testing.
Requirements
- Ability to operate Material Handling equipment including pallet jacks and standup lifts.
- Ability to maintain established productivity standards.
- Ability to continuously lift merchandise up to 50 pounds daily for the entire shift duration.
- Ability to use voice activated computer headset to select merchandise.
- Ability to use hand-held RF devices as needed to scan merchandise bar codes.
- Ability to conduct basic math computations, with or without a calculator.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
