About The Position

Konica Minolta is hiring a Warehouse Worker III to work within a warehouse or storage facility and drive a company vehicle as required. The role ensures goods and equipment are handled safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading with appropriate available equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or high school equivalency.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within a warehouse facility.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge and understanding of packing lists, inventory count sheets, and reviewing reports.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and in a teamwork environment.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude.
• Ability to understand and adhere to safety policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment from company trucks, warehouses, or storage facilities.
• Handle inventory safely and professionally in warehouse or storage environments.
• Complete required documentation accurately, including pick tickets, pick slips, and count sheets.
• Verify inventory quantities and assist with maintaining inventory levels.
• Operate job-related equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, computers, and radio frequency (RF) devices.
• Pull equipment from trucks and warehouse stock, including lifting and moving items weighing up to approximately 53 lbs.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and neatness of the warehouse.
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
