The Warehouse Worker II plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading merchandise, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate and timely processing of all warehouse tasks.

Requirements

Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to follow instructions and carry out assigned tasks effectively.
Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Commitment to maintaining warehouse safety standards and compliance.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse experience required.
Power equipment experience is required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Frequently lift and carry items weighing 10-20 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders or steps, and perform physical warehouse activities.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to prevent errors and accidents.
Assist with basic customer service needs when necessary.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
Prioritize workload effectively with limited supervision.
Navigate various software systems and websites to complete daily operations.
Use handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Resolve routine issues and escalations within the assigned department.
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
Assist customers with order pickups.
Process and invoice purchase orders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
