About The Position

Responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods in a warehouse. The role receives, stores, and distributes products while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety and quality standards. It includes operating warehouse equipment as needed and maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The work environment can involve varying weather conditions and temperatures, loud noises, dirt, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic. Employees must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Forklift, Manlift, and Tractor certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized inventory records and track stock levels.
• Transport, store, and categorize goods within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and pack products to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented.
• Load and unload trucks, stacking materials and goods appropriately.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
• Inspect products for quality, report defects or issues, and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and other warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth warehouse operations and communicate issues or concerns promptly.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and workplace conduct.
