About The Position

Our Colorado Springs, Co site is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe movement of materials in support of a high‑volume, 24x5 manufacturing operation. As a key contributor within the function, you’ll execute material handling activities including receiving, kitting, internal transfers, put‑away, packaging, cycle counting, and general inventory control to maintain smooth production flow and support operational readiness. The role works closely with many departments to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed, with accuracy and compliance with established processes. A warehouse worker is expected to consistently follow work instructions, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to a reliable and well‑controlled materials management environment across the site’s operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of receiving or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to read, understand and properly execute work instructions
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP or equivalent ERP software
  • Ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack and a forklift
  • Works collaboratively with team members and cross‑functional partners
  • Adapts to daily operational needs and shows dedication to excellence
  • Demonstrates accountability and trustworthiness, following safety standards
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary and walk/stand for the duration of the shift
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be used at all times while on duty. This includes the use of safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests
  • Employees in this role will be occasionally required to work at heights up to 20 feet using powered industrial equipment and/or forklifts as part of their responsibilities.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be capable of safely operating company vehicles as part of regular job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, process, and stage materials or deliver them to designated work centers
  • Receive, verify, and properly store returned components within the Warehouse Management System
  • Perform scheduled material issues and component picks, including fulfillment of reservations, resupply requests, additional parts needs, and consolidation of materials for work orders to support continuous manufacturing readiness
  • Package finished and semi‑finished goods according to specifications to maintain quality standards and ensure product integrity during movement and shipment
  • Support inventory control activities, including weekly cycle counts, assigned inventory tasks, root‑cause support for discrepancies
  • Operate material‑handling equipment safely and effectively including Reach Trucks, Fork Trucks, and WAV equipment in accordance with safety practices, operational guidelines, and departmental objectives
  • Always wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and perform duties in a safe manner that aligns with all safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to a supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall business goals and objectives
