Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment (where applicable)

Responsibilities

Accurately stage and sort products for loading
Loads and unloads trailers
Opens and closes dock doors
Working in a temperature controlled fast paced environment between 34 – 36 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 - 75 degrees.
Standing in a cooler, picking cold chain products, and placing them in cold chain totes
Manual lifting of cold chain totes up to 30 lbs.
Cycle counting bulk product.
Palletizing/stacking cold chain totes in an orderly manner as stipulated by the company
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Move materials within the warehouse
Complies with all safety requirements
Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)

Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
