About The Position

Penske Logistics is looking for safety-conscious warehouse associates with a pleasant, outgoing attitude to join an excellent team and excel in a warehouse environment. This role involves picking and packing bagel orders in a fast-paced, assembly line pick process. Associates will be on their feet and moving for the duration of their shift in an ambient temperature environment ranging between 55-75 degrees. Key tasks include bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and moving stacks of bagels. Adherence to SOPs and GMP policies is required, along with the ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs (on wheels). Other duties may include stamping/coding, product labeling, removing labels from totes, and general warehouse cleanup.

Responsibilities

Picking/packing bagel orders.
Operation runs on an assembly line pick process and is fast paced.
On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.
Working in ambient temperature, range could very between 55-75 degrees.
Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking.
Pushing/pulling stacks of bagels to assigned pack area.
Pushing/pulling stacks of bagels from trailer to staging area.
Loading/offloading full and empty bagel from and/or onto trailers.
At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering GMP policies.
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. (on wheels).
Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding.
Product, labeling and removing labels from plastic totes, general warehouse clean up.
