About The Position
The Warehouse Worker 2 processes customer orders and works in one or more warehouse process paths, including receiving, picking, packing, or shipping. The role packages and labels shipments according to standard operating procedures, completes documentation for hazardous materials, and helps ensure inventory is stored properly. The listed schedule is M–F, 9:30 PM–6:00 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of general warehouse experience.
- Experience with powered industrial trucks, such as order pickers.
- Ability to stand and move around the warehouse for significant periods, including walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, and to solve problems quickly.
- Ability to read and write in English.
Nice To Haves
- Experience handling hazardous materials, such as chemicals.
- Experience with computers and scanning equipment.
