About The Position

The Fulfillment Specialist performs tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to customers at a Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Tasks may include receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescriptions. The role tracks inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to maintain inventory accountability, verifies orders, and ensures their entry into the inventory management system. The worker maintains a clean, safe, orderly, and debris-free work environment and meets quality standards set by management.

Requirements

Verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work as a team player and be detail oriented.
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies for effective security operations protecting people, data, property, and institutions.
High school diploma or GED required.
0–2 years of experience required.
Willingness to obtain and maintain registration in good standing with the applicable State Board of Pharmacy if required by state law.
Fluent in reading and speaking English.
