About The Position

Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse WMS Coordinator in Tracy, California. This position offers competitive weekly pay, with an hourly rate of $25.00, plus additional pay for scheduled weekend days and overtime pay. The schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 5 am to 5:30 pm, with overtime available. Ryder provides state-of-the-art equipment and a safe working environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years warehouse experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Working knowledge of WMS systems
Forklift experience
Equipment certification may be required, depending on location
Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Responsibilities

Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
Create and maintain daily dock schedules
Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses
Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve any problems with the day's orders
Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
Perform other duties as required or assigned
