About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous Warehouse Verifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. As a Warehouse Verifier, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to accurately read and interpret documents such as shipping orders, invoices, and packing lists
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Previous experience using a RF Scanner (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and other documents
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and damages
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products
• Record and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel
• Organize and maintain records of inventory, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Benefits

• Hourly wage between $17 and $18 per hour
• Full-time, consistent hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
