Warehouse Utility Worker
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Utility Worker to play a vital role in our distribution & warehouse operations. This is a physically demanding position that involves continuous manual labor in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Successful candidates are comfortable performing strenuous work throughout their shift, lifting and moving materials, standing for extended periods, and working in hot warehouse areas where temperatures can become elevated, especially during warmer months. Requirements
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and follow established safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for training, safety, and operational purposes.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Forklift experience strongly preferred.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred.
Responsibilities
- Moving, staging, loading, and organizing products throughout the warehouse and distribution areas.
- Performing physically active work.
- Working on their feet throughout the shift.
- Handling products in a fast-paced environment.
