About The Position

Join the PACE Supply Team as a Warehouse Worker at our Distribution Center in Stockton, CA! Are you an experienced Warehouse Worker looking for your next opportunity? PACE Supply's Distribution Center in Stockton has immediate openings for dedicated individuals to join our Swing Shift team! As a key member of our warehouse crew, you'll be responsible for picking, putaways, loading flatbed trucks with 20-40ft pipes, mixed bundles, and assisting across departments as needed. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM Must be available for daily overtime What We’re Looking For: Equipment: Operate a stand up, cherry picker, high reach and sit-down forklift to get the job done efficiently and safely. Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes.
• Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers.
• Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including keyboarding.
• Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, considering all factors and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Adherence to workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and Secure Materials: Safely load and secure 20-40ft pipes and mixed bundles onto flatbed trucks, ensuring all materials are properly positioned for transport.
• Forklift Operation: Operate a sit-down forklift to efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse and assist with loading tasks.
• RF Scanner Usage: Utilize RF scanners to accurately track and manage inventory, ensuring all materials are correctly logged and identified.
• Departmental Support: Provide support to other departments as needed, including material handling, inventory management, and general warehouse tasks.
• Quality Control: Inspect and verify that all outgoing shipments meet company standards for accuracy, quality, and safety.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear.
• Productivity Standards: Consistently meet or exceed company productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Overtime Flexibility: Be available for daily overtime as needed to meet the demands of our fast-paced warehouse environment.
