About The Position
PFP Logistics is looking for Warehouse Associates/Material Handlers in Wilmington, NC. This role involves working in a cold storage warehouse environment, Monday through Friday, with shifts typically from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm or until work is completed. The position offers weekly pay with an average hourly rate of $15-$20, based on a production pay model where associates are paid per task completed.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a cold storage warehouse
- Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects
- Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
- Background Check/Drug Screen required
Responsibilities
- Lifting, stacking, and organizing product
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
- Follow all cold storage handling procedures and company policies
- Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products
