About The Position

ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc. (EMUS), a member of the Ricoh family of companies and part of a joint venture with Toshiba TEC, is seeking a truck driver for its toner operation in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The role operates a local shuttle between company locations, transporting raw materials and finished products; loads do not include hazardous chemicals. The schedule is 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. In addition to driving, the position follows established procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing plant materials and supplies. It checks incoming materials against accompanying documents, keeps stock orderly, fills requisitions, maintains inventory records, conducts cycle counts and periodic inventories, and completes reports for receiving, shipment shortages, and damaged materials.

Requirements

Read and write numbers in decimals.
Speak and understand instructions in English.
Entry-level computer skills.
Class A commercial driver's license.
Forklift experience.
DOT certification.

Responsibilities

Operate a company commercial truck to transport materials to and from specified local destinations.
Load and unload materials from the truck.
Verify truck loads against shipping documents.
Maintain contact with a supervisor for delivery and pickup instructions.
Check truck equipment and supplies for roadworthiness and notify a supervisor of current or anticipated repair needs.
Maintain logs and records according to I.C.C. regulations, as required.
Receive, store, and issue plant materials and supplies according to established procedures.
Check incoming materials against accompanying documents for completeness and accuracy.
Keep stock neat and orderly, fill requisitions, and maintain inventory records.
Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventories as instructed.
Complete receiving, shipment-shortage, and damaged-material reports.
