About The Position
Flywheel Energy is seeking a motivated individual for their paid Field Trainee program, a 90-day contract-to-hire experience. This program is designed to develop technical skills and provide exposure to various field disciplines. The trainee will be responsible for fulfilling warehouse orders, assisting with inventory, making field deliveries, operating a forklift, and loading/unloading materials. This role offers hands-on mentorship, practical training, and the opportunity to contribute to real operations within a high-performance culture that values ownership, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn mechanical systems and perform basic repairs
- Ability to use analytical tools or software to troubleshoot issues
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to working safely in all environments
