About The Position

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and meet customer needs. This is an on-site role, five days per week, working the day shift Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The role involves coordinating freight and inventory, interacting with customers and local transportation providers, and using power industrial vehicles such as forklifts. Overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts may be required as needed. The position is safety-sensitive and may require additional drug screening. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience.
Experience with power industrial vehicles such as forklifts.
Use appropriate safety resources to perform all job functions safely.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to follow through on commitments and details.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for warehouse movement and interactions with customers and local transportation providers.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
Stock and organize product inventory to support smooth warehouse operations.
Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as forklifts.
Maintain work equipment.
Maintain office and warehouse supplies needed for effective operations.
Work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
