About The Position

PepsiCo Foods Canada is hiring Part-time Warehouse Technicians for their Frito Lay Distribution Center in Scarborough, ON. The Warehouse Technician plays a critical role in the logistics of the business, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order picking and fulfillment. This role involves prolonged standing, lifting, and frequent movement. The compensation is $24.51 per hour, with shifts of 3-4 days per week from 2pm to 10pm. Candidates must have flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Applications are due by August 9th.

Requirements

• Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs as required
• Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred
• Valid Class G drivers license with a clean driving record is a plus

Responsibilities

• Picks customer orders by full cases by voice or scanner
• Pick customer orders by individual bag on Pre-pick module/cart
• Loads route trucks with product using roller carts or by hand-bombing
• Uploads cardboard and return product from route trucks into inventory
• Stacks and bundles cardboards
• Performs general clean-up/sanitation duties including facility and ground appearance
• Work in a safe manner utilizing safe lifting techniques
• Attend regular scheduled team meetings
