About The Position

Soleo Health is seeking a Full time Warehouse Technician to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Tempe, AZ. The Warehouse Technician plays a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of the business. They are responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, materials handling, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements

Must have Warehouse Technician experience, preferably working for a Pharmacy Warehouse
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning, problem solving, organizational, time management and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with others and as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

Unloading Boxes - meeting delivery trucks, unloading boxes and transporting them for safe storage. This may include quality control checks to ensure that products meet specifications, and checking incoming items against invoices to ensure the proper product has been delivered.
Maintaining Records - Maintain records of items received and shipped. This includes accurately recording serial numbers, the name of the manufacturer and the time and date the shipment was received.
Filing Orders -Pick, pack and ship medication and supplies intended for delivery to patients, other Soleo pharmacies and other external entities.
Use of Equipment - Safely and efficiently operating equipment such as forklifts, hand tools and labeling machines. They also may be asked to use a computer for record-keeping and to use cleaning equipment to keep the facility tidy.
