About The Position

Quench USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician responsible for the movement, storage, and repair of ice machines and water coolers in their Distribution Center. This individual will also be required to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, representing Quench in a professional manner at all times. This position will report to the Field Service Manager and will be 75% in the warehouse and 25% in the field assisting the Field Service team.

Requirements

2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment
Forklift experience/license
Experience using FedEx World Ship
Ability to follow direction
Ability to execute multiple tasks, staying organized in a fast-moving environment

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent desired
technical certifications
computer experience are a plus

Responsibilities

Picking and pulling of orders
Shipping and receiving, including ground packages, prepping freight shipments
Performing cycle counts
Achievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activity
Use Quench ERP system to transact activities
Follow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facility
Track equipment and parts inventory
Perform work neatly, effectively, and consistent with established standards of performance
Light assembly work
