The Warehouse Technician will ship and receive hazardous chemicals according to all quality and ISO 45001, 9001 standards, and by following all DOT and CFR49 requirements. Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience.
  • Forklift experience (stand up lift preferable.)
  • Must have a valid Colorado drivers’ license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to work additional hours above scheduled shifts and some weekends will be required.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
  • One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in warehouse dock operations/shipping highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Finished Goods warehouse technician, with the primary purpose of forklift operator.
  • Select finished product from warehouse storage bins and place it in staging areas to be loaded on a future date.
  • Load finished product on trucks for delivery; unload product delivered to Pueblo.
  • Place product delivered or manufactured in appropriate storage bins for availability upon request.
  • Operate forklift in a safe manner.
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack for loading and unloading trailers, either individually or with assistance, must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ensure that all shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, shipping orders, or freight bills, etc.) required to move shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment when delivered.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all ISO standards and operating procedures to include environmental policies and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Ability to fill out daily housekeeping forms.
  • Transfer product, as requested, to individual departments.
  • Perform trailer inspection before loading.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this role is estimated at $21.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. with actual wage based on candidate’s qualifications and experience.
