About The Position

We are seeking hard-working and reliable Warehouse Techs to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our warehouse department, managing incoming and outgoing orders, and will operate Forklift. Under the supervision of the warehouse manager, you will move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse area. You must be meticulous and ensure each order is filled accurately. Requires previous forklift experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous forklift experience required
Ability to read scales
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
Able to work on your feet for 8 to 12-hour shifts and lift 45 lbs. regularly
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
Ability to communicate and work by yourself or with a team
Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
Candidates must be able to work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts

Responsibilities

Professional, accident-free operation of the forklift, and the precise keeping of the forklift inspections.
Systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift.
Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
Continuous tracking of the location of goods during material handling using WMS.
Use the WMS System accordingly and ensure accurate data entry.
Operate a forklift
Perform any other manual job at the direction of the warehouse supervisor or team lead (e.g. sampling, inventory, cleaning)
Keep the warehouse clean and tidy
During the seed delivery and return season: ensure proper (loading and unloading) of transport vehicles with quality packages to meet customer expectations
Maintain safety standards – initiate & follow emergency procedures when necessary
Count accurately when moving inventory
Work in tighter, confined spaces with a forklift
