Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Ensure the warehouse complies with safety regulations and cleanliness standards
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
