About The Position

Every package that leaves our warehouse plays an important role in helping customers complete their restoration projects. We're looking for experienced Warehouse Pick Pack team members who take pride in accuracy, efficiency and quality. These team members play a critical role in our customer experience - they are the last people to handle an order before it leaves our facility.

Requirements

• Previous related experience
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with computers, similar to scanning products at self-checkout
• Pick and pack customer orders as if you were the customer receiving it
• Can work both individually and as part of a team
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping your focused
• Read orders on both paper and a computer screen
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, grasp, stoop, and lift products
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders for shipment
• Select the proper box and packaging material
• Scan orders to ensure customers receive what they ordered
• Work both independently and with others pitching in where needed to drive a positive customer and operations experience
