Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience working in a warehouse (Min 2 years required, 3-5 years preferred)
2 years of forklift driver experience, with current certification (Required)
Experience with warehouse management systems, utilizing scanner technology and data entry into desktop required
Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics; required
Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours

Pallet building

Using a scanner to track and pick products throughout the distribution center
Ensuring picking is done accurately and on time resulting in zero defects
Receiving bulk ingredients with special attention and care with hazardous materials
Communicating clearly as product moves throughout the Torani campus and receiving raw materials, including materials with various shelf life considerations
Building perfect pallets
Cycle counting orders to confirm accuracy
Maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment while striving for zero safety incidents
Safely transporting pallets of product from one location to another
Faithfully conducting pre-shift inspections
Delivering on commitments
Participating in KPI meetings covering performance, goals and priorities
Sharing observations and ideas freely to support continuous improvement
Performing other functions outside of designated role or shift
