Requirements

Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
Experience with pick, pack, and ship processes is a plus.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including email.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
Safely operate battery-powered material handling equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory while helping keep the warehouse organized and clean.
Work closely with teammates to meet daily shipping goals.
Use basic computer systems and email to support warehouse operations.
