Come join our production and logistics team supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced paper converting environment. This role focuses on accurate material handling, loading finished goods, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for most of the shift.
  • Operate warehouse machinery and move frequently throughout the facility.
  • Multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to issues with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment; load finished goods for customer pickup and outbound deliveries.
  • Safely load/unload trucks and move inventory throughout the facility
  • Minimize damage, ensure correct counts, and maintain organized bay locations.
  • Operate forklifts and maintain equipment to company standards
  • Follow all PPE requirements, including steel-toed boots, and uphold company safety policies.
