As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll use material handling equipment and warehouse management systems to perform tasks such as order pulling and picking for outbound shipments, order and product staging, receiving and putting away inventory, replenishing pick locations, and supporting clean, safe, and organized warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse and MHE experience a plus
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights/weekends
  • Strong team spirit and ownership mindset

  • Frequently lift, carry, and stack products
  • Perform repetitive movements: bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, grasping.
  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods on concrete or cold storage floors.
  • Build pallets up to 6 feet high with cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, reach trucks).
  • Work in fast-paced environments requiring dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Tolerate cold temps (below ° in some areas) and varying noise levels.
  • Work safely in tight spaces and around racking; occasional climbing/stooping.
  • Maintain endurance for continuous, physically demanding tasks.
  • Use headsets and PPE (steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
  • Work around common food allergens (e.g., fish, shellfish, peanuts).

Responsibilities

  • Load pallets in correct temp zones & spec order
  • Hand-stack, restack, and secure trailers as needed
  • Pre-cool trailers and set cooling units
  • Use dock restraints and follow all SOPs
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF units
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment
  • Follow lifting techniques and safety protocols
  • Keep your area clean and clutter-free
  • Minimize product damage and reduce waste
  • Meet daily production & accuracy goals
  • Be ready to assist across departments
  • Occasionally support inventory counts
