About The Position

This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including task delegation, schedule management, training, and motivating staff. The position requires monitoring inbound goods, order picking, packing, and outbound dispatching, as well as managing inventory through cycle counts, stock audits, and database maintenance. Ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating with other departments like procurement, customer service, and transport are also key responsibilities. The role also includes troubleshooting operational issues such as equipment breakdowns, labor shortages, and supply chain bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics 3PL, or a related supply chain field.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Delegate daily tasks, manage shift schedules, provide hands-on training, and motivate staff to reach performance goals.
• Monitor the intake of inbound goods, order picking, packing accuracy, and outbound dispatching.
• Conduct cycle counts, audit stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate database records.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols, and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth logistics and on-time order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, labor shortages, and supply chain bottlenecks.
