Requirements

Proficient in computer operations, familiar with WMS systems, and preferably with warehouse experience
Able to communicate in Chinese and English, with no barriers in communicating with frontline warehouse staff
Down-to-earth and meticulous, responsible for result delivery, with strong execution capabilities; will be mentored on-site by experienced team leaders and warehouse managers

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily management of the exception handling post, including staff scheduling, training on daily discrepancy handling methods, and monitoring the quantity of the discrepancy center
Responsible for the daily management and discrepancy clearance of overstock, and monitoring the progress of overstock handling
Follow up on key projects, such as customer-dimension inventory counting, warehouse relocation, night shift replenishment, etc.
