About The Position

This position reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor and is an onsite role in Mebane, NC. The Warehouse Team Leader provides ongoing feedback to management and recommends improvements related to production line performance, organization, shifting priorities, and emerging critical issues. They support management in executing staffing adjustments due to vacations, illnesses, equipment outages, or shifting production needs. The role reinforces team focus on achieving production volume targets, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery. The Team Leader assists management and shift teams with resource allocation, coordination of shift orders, and oversight of work plan execution across production lines. Additionally, they serve as the shift leader, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely resolution of technical, quality, and logistical issues.

Requirements

5+ years working in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of 5S – sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain
Knowledge and use of necessary PPE
Ability to use cranes or other lifting devices, as needed
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
Ability to speak, read, and write the English Language
Basic computer skills to be able to look up parts.
Ability to maintain accurate hand–eye coordination and utilize both hands safely and efficiently.
Forklift operation required, including readiness to complete training on various forklift types.
Basic mathematical skills
Basic communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Legal authorization to work in the US is required
