About The Position

Tag Systems USA is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily fulfillment and packaging operations while supporting production goals, quality standards, and on-time shipping. This role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching employees and creating an organized, efficient workplace. The Warehouse Team Leader will coordinate daily fulfillment and packaging operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and shipping deadlines are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse and fulfillment team members
• Assign daily workloads and balance staffing to maximize efficiency
• Oversee packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations
• Monitor production schedules and address workflow bottlenecks
• Receive, organize, and stage incoming work from production departments
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Verify packaging, labeling, inserts, and shipping documentation
• Coordinate shipments using FedEx, DHL, and approved carriers
• Prioritize work based on customer deadlines and production schedules
• Track production status and communicate updates to management
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and materials
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Control, and Production teams
• Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with company security and quality requirements
