About The Position

You will lead warehouse operations, oversee inventory, team management, and customer service for commercial projects. You will also ensure timely, accurate order processing, shipping, and documentation while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will need to be proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office. You must have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team assigned to warehouse projects.
• Overseeing all warehousing processes, ensuring operations are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintaining accurate electronic inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Managing daily workflows, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer expectations.
• Coordinating with operations teams and clients, both in person and through phone or email communication.
• Maintaining detailed documentation.
• Scheduling inventory requests.
• Conducting regular cycle counts.
• Using handheld scanners and inventory software to process and ship orders.
• Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods meet quality and packing standards.
• Verifying shipments against pick tickets, invoices, and bills of lading/invoices.
• Overseeing fleet, equipment, and tool management.
• Supervising warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Operating lift trucks and pallet jacks, and to load and unload inventory as needed.
• Focusing on safety, fulfillment accuracy, and meeting production standards.
• Working independently, prioritizing tasks, and making timely decisions.
• Additional duties may be assigned depending on your warehouse, the time of year, and the needs of your team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is also required.
