About The Position

Responsibilities

• Managing a team assigned to warehouse projects
• Overseeing all warehousing processes, ensuring operations are completed on time and within budget while maintaining accurate electronic inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Managing daily workflows, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer expectations
• Coordinating with operations teams and clients, both in person and through phone or email communication
• Maintaining detailed documentation, scheduling inventory requests, conducting regular cycle counts, and using handheld scanners and inventory software to process and ship orders
• Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods meet quality and packing standards and verifying shipments against pick tickets, invoices, and bills of lading/invoices
• Overseeing fleet, equipment, and tool management, as well as supervising warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Operating lift trucks and pallet jacks, and to load and unload inventory as needed
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, fulfillment accuracy, and meeting production standards
