STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace
Solutions Specialist to join our workplace solutions team. This role is key in
ensuring that our workplace environment is efficient, comfortable, and aligned
with goal of STARPLUS ENERGY LLC.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workplace Solutions or office management role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• This role may require travel, with reasonable prior notice (domestic and/or international).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Proven experience in purchasing, negotiation, workplace management or facilities coordination
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with employees across all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Bilingual (English/Korean)

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize workplace environments to enhance employee productivity
• Oversee office layout planning and coordinate space allocation
• Implement and maintain workplace solutions
• Liaise with vendors and service providers
• Oversee Food vendors, Communication, Tech solution vendors, and more
• Address and resolve workplace-related issues
• Support special projects and initiatives as required
• Duties may be modified at any time to meet business needs
