About The Position

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their high-performance culture. This role involves leading pre-shift meetings, conducting safety observations, supporting management, and providing coaching and training. The position also includes yard marshalling duties and offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of receiving, unloading, and loading operations within a warehouse facility. The Team Lead will work with minimal supervision, interact with customers and delivery personnel, oversee a specific work area to ensure workflow and meet expectations, and handle the movement of goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.

Requirements

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to perform fast-paced and very physical work.
Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs.
Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-shift meetings.
Lead stretching exercises before each shift.
Perform safety observations.
Support management.
Provide coaching and training.
Communicate with leadership.
Perform yard marshalling duties.
Learn all aspects of receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility.
Work alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
Interact with customers' staff and outside delivery personnel in a positive and friendly manner.
Oversee a specified area within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.
Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
