About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Overnight Warehouse Team Lead to oversee our warehouse operations during the overnight shift. In this role, you'll lead a team of warehouse associates while ensuring inventory is received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and safely.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse employees.
Experience using RF scanning systems.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and FIFO inventory practices.
Certified or experienced operating forklifts and reach trucks.
Ability to read pick lists and work with warehouse management systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the overnight warehouse team to ensure daily goals are met.
Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments following company procedures.
Oversee order picking, shipping, and product distribution to and from manufacturing.
Ensure inventory is rotated using FIFO/FEFO practices.
Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Assign daily tasks and provide coaching, training, and support to warehouse associates.
Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper documentation.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and quality concerns.
Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
